Roadmap Development - Translating business strategy into a tangible business roadmap to make your transformation a reality;
Business Case Preparation – Rapid planning on the O3 model (objectives, outcomes, outputs) to capture clear scope, financials, stakeholder impacts, risks & issues;
Project Management Office Mobilisation – Recruitment of key members (architects, business analysts, project managers, change managers, test analyst), set up of structure and reporting lines;
Governance – Create governance levels (Project Authority, Project Group, Project Execution), selection of sponsors and key stakeholders, chairing of governance meetings, creation of executive reporting;
