  • Mobilise Continuous Improvement – Training & mentoring teams in improvement tools (5 why’s, fishbone, multi voting)  & techniques (Six Sigma, Kaizen);

  • Customer Journey Mapping – Create customer avatars and conduct workshops to generate Customer Journey Maps for customer experience improvement; and

  • Produce Change Management Reference Materials – Change Management Plans, how to guides, FAQ’s, work instructions.

 

 Project Management & Governance

  • Roadmap Development - Translating business strategy into a tangible business roadmap to make your transformation a reality;

  • Business Case Preparation – Rapid planning on the O3 model (objectives, outcomes, outputs) to capture clear scope, financials, stakeholder impacts, risks & issues;

  • Project Management Office Mobilisation – Recruitment of key members (architects, business analysts, project managers, change managers, test analyst), set up of structure and reporting lines;

  • Governance – Create governance levels (Project Authority, Project Group, Project Execution), selection of sponsors and key stakeholders, chairing of governance meetings, creation of executive reporting;

  • End to End Project Management – For business and IT projects in both waterfall & agile environments using project management software such as JIRA & Confluence;

  • Stakeholder Engagement (Senior Management & Project Teams) - Primary interface with key internal business clients and external partners throughout the project life cycle,

  • Risks & Issues Management – Set up risks and issues registers, train project members in correct recording of activities & mitigants,  ongoing tracking to ensure close out or acceptance of residual risk; and

  • Post implementation review – Facilitate PIR workshops and produce close out findings and recommendations.
